Happy summer! How did we get here so fast?
Over the past few months, I've been traveling, writing, photographing, experimenting with AI, and thinking about what visibility really means in a world where everyone suddenly has access to powerful new tools.
I've wandered through London, Atlanta, Chicago, and Indianapolis. I've explored museums, gardens, and city streets with my camera in hand. I've spent time observing how people connect, communicate, and build trust, both in person and online.
Along the way, one thing became clearer than ever: Visibility alone isn't enough.
The people making the biggest impact aren't necessarily the loudest. They're the ones who are easier to find, natural to trust, and impossible to ignore.
That's why I'm excited to reconnect with this newsletter.
On LinkedIn, I've been sharing weekly ideas and observations through my Brighter Presence™ newsletter. Here, I'd like to go deeper. We'll explore visibility, influence, presence, leadership communication, thought leadership, AI, public relations, and the very human side of building trust.
Whether you've been reading my work for years or you're joining me for the first time, thanks for staying tuned.
What's one challenge you're facing right now when it comes to visibility, communication, leadership, or AI?
Just hit reply and tell me what's on your mind. I read every email and genuinely enjoy hearing from you.
Warmly,
Barbara
P.S. If we aren't connected on LinkedIn yet, I'd love to stay in touch there as well. That's where I share shorter observations, travel reflections, photography, and visibility insights between newsletters. Connect with me on LinkedIn

Great Ideas Don’t Speak for Themselves: Why Every Leader Is Already a Speaker (It features a Little Red Hen, a memorable red dress, and one of my earliest lessons about visibility.)
